A short note at Tsukuba

One hot tall cocoa and one espresso doppio every early morning after a traditional japanese breakfast. Having a adventurous night finding food to eat is one of the most exciting things we did in these days (: By the way, the most terrible thing here is spiders' being everywhere, damn it.

Walking in Tsukuba, talking with new friends I've met made me feel like I'm having an exchange trip in Japan. They are so sweet, kind, lovely and talkative; we had a warm and cozy dinner at a Japanese-style bar last night (what a nice way to try out real Japanese-style bar!). Italiano, Japonais, Spainish, Korean, Dutch, Deutsch, PTH, Francais and, of course, Anglais.

I love Tsukuba!

Bad news is told. No. 18 typhoon's coming (will get closer and closer tomorrow and the day after tomorrow). The strongest typhoon Japan ever has in the last 50 years. I'm safe, staying in a hotel in a small town, which is an hour away from Tokyo. Though I'm pretty afraid and worry about the typhoon and the heavy rain, it's surprisingly calm and peaceful outside the window. Hope everything goes well, with my fingercrossed. xx.
